when i got mine i … when i got mine i thought the one that came in the case in the package felt stronger than the one that was in with the screensheilds
I have had 2 … I have had 2 Capsule Neo’s and both have suffered the same fate.
Overall I love the case. Problem is the vertical case part will start to chip at the upper and lower corners, on the face side. Strange cause it’s plastic…And soon after the same piece cracked at the bottom where it wraps around the dock connector.
I will say that SE’s customer service is great as they just told me to send back the broken parts for free replacement.
